If you have free 30 min at 10 am on Friday, September 2nd, morning, join us for the city of San Diego’s Proclamation of the Ukrainian Independence. We will be gathering a small group with flags wearing Ukrainian colours or Vyshyvankas outside the Mayors office at 202 C street at 10 am. We are only allowed to have 7 people inside for the formal handoff at 9:45 am, but outside we can gather as many people as we want. This event will be short but sweet, done by 10:40 am, we will take some photos, a video of proclamation being read out loud and sing the anthem.
Parking info: the Evan J Parkade, a payed lot, and there also street parking and metered parking around City Hall. The Mayors Office is on the 11th floor and the address is 202 C Street, San Diego CA 92101. Public transport is also an option.
