Join us for a warm and festive Open House at our Ukrainian School!
The day will begin with the opportunity to visit lessons starting at 11:00 AM, where guests can observe classes and experience our learning environment firsthand. At 12:00 PM, we will gather for a ceremonial school assembly celebrating our community, traditions, and the beauty of Ukrainian culture. As part of the program, we will also hold a special moment of remembrance honoring the Ukrainian heroes who gave their lives defending Ukraine’s freedom and independence. We are also happy to mark Vyshyvanka Day, so guests are encouraged to wear traditional embroidered attire.
At 12:30 PM, enjoy a special “Famous Ukrainians” presentation prepared by our older students, featuring creative displays with traditional dolls that bring history and culture to life. At the same time, visitors will be able to explore displays of art and Ukrainian language work created by our younger students. Throughout the event, guests can enjoy exhibitions showcasing creativity, learning, and pride in Ukrainian heritage.
This is a wonderful opportunity to get to know our school, meet teachers and families, and experience the spirit of our vibrant community. Everyone is welcome!
