The House of Ukraine San Diego presents a special film screening of “JULIA BLUE” — an independent Ukrainian film written and directed by Roxy Toporowych, filmed entirely in Ukraine.

Julia, a determined young photo-journalism student in war-torn Ukraine finds the plans for her future are challenged when she falls in love with a wounded soldier.

Starring Polina Snisarenko and Dima Yaroshenko.
In Ukrainian and Russian with English subtitles.
